Welcome to Blessed Harmony Farms!
Started in 2025, Blessed Harmony Farms is a produce farm specializing in naturally grown produce, mushrooms and products made from the earth. Pam and Mark lived in the Boston MA. area for 35 years. Mark owned a general contracting business and Pam was a nutritionist and stay at home mom to 4 children. In 2024 we sold our home and business and moved to Mathews, VA. where they purchased a 17+ acre farm.
Passion for food:
In 1991 Mark started a farm and garden center with his cousin in the Boston area. The farm was a success and sold annuals and perennials but didn’t fulfill Marks desire to provide locally grown herbs and produce. The farm also did not provide enough income to support two families, both which were growing. In 1993 Mark sold his interest in the farm and opened a general contracting company providing restoration services to the Boston area.
Pam and Mark had their first daughter in 1992. Pam made a decision to pause her career as a nutritionist and focus on raising our children. As Pam and Marks family grew so did the desire to provide healthy food. By the time we had our fifth child in 2011 the need to provide pesticide free produce had become a medical necessity. One of their daughters had a digestive issue that was directly linked to herbicides and pesticides. By 2013 the whole family was eating organically grown whole foods made from scratch. It was at this time they decided to return to the family roots and start farming full time.
For the next ten years we grew food on our one acre property. Our entire land was covered in herbs, fruit trees and vegetables. Our neighbors thought we were nuts and some complained when the cucumbers and zucchini ended up on the sidewalk but they enjoyed the free food so they lived with it. I never had to mow.
Pam and Mark decided we needed more room to grow food. Land was not easy to find though. Our family loves the ocean and didn’t want to be too far from it. We also love to hike and be outdoors. Finding the right property was no easy task. In 2024 we purchased 17 acres in Cobbs Creek.
And here we are!

Mark and Pam joined the Forest Mushroom Growers Association in Virginia to provide our customers with the highest quality naturally grown mushrooms and health products.
BHF to work with Twin Sisters Provisions to preserve BHF veg
Blessed Harmony Farms will be working with Twin Sisters Provisions to freeze dry our frshly grown veg and mushrooms so you can enjoy them year round! BHF will be posting products and availibilty soon.
